Order process

  1. We take payment from your card at the time we despatch your order, once we have checked your card details. Goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be given where you have already paid for the goods.
  2. Internet offers relate to Internet transactions only and may not be available in store. Likewise, temporary or local special offers in store do not apply to Internet prices unless expressly specified.
  3. We will send to you an e-mail that your order is being processed, if you enter a correct e-mail address, and will also send you an order acknowledgement e- mail. Neither of these are order confirmation or order acceptance from us.
  4. Unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it, order acceptance and the creation of the contract between you and us will take place on the despatch to you by us of the goods and order invoice, which takes place as your product is shipped from our warehouse. It does not take place until that stage, notwithstanding that we have sent acknowledging e-mails (see 2 above).
  5. The contract will be formed at the place of despatch of the goods and order invoice.
  6. The purchase of goods is subject to availability.
  7. Once you have successfully placed an order on our website, you will be able to log in to the site to see this, and previous orders.

Payment may be made by any of the methods indicated on our website and will be debited when we process your order.

You will be charged the current price for buying goods from our website at the date you place your order.

All prices are displayed on our website and are inclusive of VAT, where applicable.

A delivery charge is added as stated in the Delivery Information section on our website. We do our best to make sure that prices are correctly shown but very occasionally an error may occur. If this should happen, we will correct the price and ask you to confirm whether you still wish to purchase the goods at the correct price. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled.

We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in fully resaleable condition.

Returns should be made within a reasonable time (usually 28 days) and in original, undamaged packaging. Please see below for exceptions to this policy. If the product returned is not in fully resaleable condition or the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Products we are unable to refund or exchange: For reasons of hygiene, we cannot refund or exchange personal grooming products or cosmetics unless they are faulty.

The product you wish to return must be in a saleable condition in its original, undamaged packaging, and we will consider the overall condition of the product being returned when making a refund.

We will refund the price of the item to the purchaser or exchange it as soon as it is received by us. This will usually reach that account within 7 working days. Timings will, however, depend on the speed with which your credit/debit card company process the credit. A refund of the delivery charge will only be given in the instance of incorrect, damaged or faulty goods.
